Rainbows
Guiding children through life's storms. This international program helps children and adults deal with life's
losses, such as divorce, separation or death. It is offered at Family Matters in Bridgetown, every Thursday morning at 10am.Women's Mind and Body Wellness
This group practices gentle exercises to help calm the mind. Open to female clients of Mental Health and Addiction Services at no charge. Ask a staff member for details. Fridays 10:30pm
W.I.N. Women Independent Now
This group offers support, ideas, and encouragement to women who want to increase their sense of power and independence. Offered by Addictions Services. Call 679-2870.
Beyond Problem Gambling
If gambling is troubling your life or if you care about someone who gambles, this group is for you. No appointment necessary.

A place for adults to discuss concerns about their own or someone else's drug use, alcohol use, or gambling problems. Costs are covered by Medicare, and no appointment is necessary.
